Refund Policy

Our promise
Do the reps for 30 days. If you don’t feel it was worth 10x the price, email me at info@afaq.vip and I’ll refund you — no interrogation.
That’s the whole policy, really. But here’s how it works in practice, because you deserve specifics:
How to request a refund
- Email info@afaq.vip from the address you ordered with.
- Subject line “Refund request” helps, but isn’t required — any clear request counts.
- No forms to fill out. No exit interview. No “are you sure?” sequence. One email is enough.
How refunds are issued
- Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.
- We issue the refund within 2 business days of your email.
- It typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You’ll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Digital products
There’s nothing to ship back — it’s a download. Keep or delete the files as you like; the refund doesn’t depend on it. We trust you.
The honest abuse clause
This guarantee exists for genuine dissatisfaction. If someone buys, copies the entire product, and refunds on day 30 as a routine — we’ll notice the pattern, and we reserve the right to decline future purchases from that address. This has never happened, and we don’t expect it to. We’d rather keep the guarantee generous for the 99.9% than punish everyone for the 0.1%.
