Privacy Policy
Effective: October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. Who we are
This site is operated by AFZA ENTERPRISES LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We sell digital products — ebooks, guides, and printable packs — that help beginners build their first online income with AI. If you have any privacy question, email us at info@afaq.vip. A real person reads it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name and email address when you download our free guide, contact us, or join our email list.
- Order details: your name, email address, and what you bought when you purchase a product.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see, touch, or store your card number, expiry date, or security code — that data goes directly to Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy. We receive your name, email, and order details so we can deliver your purchase and support you.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (city level), collected through cookies and similar technology. See our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver the products you requested (free guide, purchased books, printable packs).
- To send you the emails you signed up for — the welcome series, daily lessons, and product updates.
- To process refunds and answer support messages.
- To improve the site and understand which content helps people most.
- To comply with legal obligations (for example, keeping order records for tax purposes).
We do not use your information for any purpose you haven’t agreed to.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers needed to run this business, and only for that purpose:
- Email provider (we use Brevo) — to send the emails you signed up for. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
- Stripe — to process payments securely.
- Web hosting provider — to serve this website.
- Legal authorities — only if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your email address is never rented, traded, or sold. Full stop.
5. Your email choices
Every marketing email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Click it and you’re out — immediately, no questions, no “are you sure” maze. You can also email info@afaq.vip with “unsubscribe” and we’ll remove you manually. Transactional emails (your download links, receipts, refund confirmations) aren’t marketing — we have to send those to fulfill your order.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to make the site work (remembering form state, site preferences) as described in our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep your data
- Email subscribers: kept while you’re subscribed, deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing (backups may retain it slightly longer).
- Customers: order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations (typically up to 7 years), then deleted or anonymized.
- Support messages: kept up to 2 years to help us serve you better.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, reputable providers — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend ours is. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we’ll tell you promptly.
9. Children’s privacy
This site and our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@afaq.vip and we’ll delete it.
10. Your rights (everyone)
Wherever you live, you can email info@afaq.vip to:
- See what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping duties).
- Export your data in a portable format.
We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in the EU/UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — though we’d rather fix it ourselves first.
11. California privacy rights (CCPA, CPRA & CalOPPA)
If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you specific rights. Here’s each one, in plain English, and exactly how to use it:
Your four core rights
- Right to know: ask what personal information we’ve collected about you, where we got it, why, and who we’ve shared it with.
- Right to delete: ask us to delete your personal information (with exceptions for legal obligations like tax records).
- Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale/sharing: see below — but the short version is there is nothing to opt out of, because we don’t sell or share your data as those terms are defined.
How to exercise them
Email info@afaq.vip with the subject line “California Privacy Request” and tell us what you’d like. We’ll verify your identity by matching the email address you write from to our records (we may ask one follow-up question if needed). We’ll respond within 45 days. You can also authorize an agent to act for you — just have them include your written permission.
We do not sell your personal information
We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and we do not sell it now. Because there is no sale, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out mechanism is legally required — but we include the link in our footer anyway, pointing here, so the choice is always visible. It will always land on a true statement.
A note on “sharing” and service providers
California law defines “sharing” broadly to include some disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising. To be plain: our service providers (email platform, Stripe, web host) process your data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that forbid them from using it for their own advertising purposes. We do not disclose your information for anyone else’s behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a clear opt-out before it happens. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as opt-out requests.
Non-discrimination
We will never penalize you for exercising your privacy rights — no denied service, no different prices, no worse support. Exercising a right costs you nothing.
CalOPPA disclosures
- Categories of personal information collected: identifiers you provide (name, email address) and, via Stripe, billing name, email, and order details; automatically collected: IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited (via cookies).
- Categories of third parties we share with: email service provider (to send your emails), payment processor Stripe (to take payment), and web hosting provider (to serve the site) — shared only as needed to operate, never sold.
- Reviewing or changing your information: email info@afaq.vip and we’ll show you what we hold and correct it; unsubscribe from emails anytime with the one-click link in every email.
- Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no consistent industry standard for doing so. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals as described above.
- Effective date & changes: this policy is effective October 6, 2026 (see date at the top). If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email and post a prominent notice here before the changes take effect.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll email our subscribers and post a notice on this page before the change takes effect. Small clarifications will just update the “Last updated” date above.
13. Contact us
Privacy questions, requests, or concerns: info@afaq.vip. We reply within 2 business days.
