Accessibility Statement
Effective: October 6, 2026 · Last updated: October 6, 2026
Our commitment
AFZA ENTERPRISES LLC believes the Reps System should be usable by everyone — including people who navigate with keyboards, screen readers, or other assistive technology. Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized benchmark for web accessibility. Accessibility isn’t a legal checkbox for us; it’s the same honesty principle as everything else we build: no one should be locked out.
What’s already in place
- Semantic HTML: proper headings, landmarks, labels, and navigation structure so assistive technology can parse every page.
- Keyboard navigability: all interactive elements — forms, buttons, FAQ accordions — work with keyboard alone, in a logical tab order, with visible focus states.
- Color contrast: text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios against its backgrounds (ink on white, white on deep emerald, gold used for accents — never as the sole carrier of meaning).
- Alt text: meaningful images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Reduced motion: entrance animations automatically disable when your system requests reduced motion.
- Readable type: generous base font sizes (16px+), comfortable line height, and spacing that doesn’t require zooming to read.
Known limitations — stated honestly
- PDFs: our book and guide are PDFs, and while we build them carefully, PDFs are the weakest link for screen readers. If you need an alternative format — a larger-print PDF, a plain-text version, or anything else — email us and we’ll make it happen.
- Third-party checkout: payment runs through Stripe’s hosted checkout, which follows its own accessibility practices outside our direct control.
We’d rather name these gaps than pretend they don’t exist — and we’re actively working to close them.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Hit any barrier on this site or in our products? Email info@afaq.vip with the subject “Accessibility” and tell us:
- What you were trying to do,
- what got in the way, and
- what technology you’re using (browser, screen reader, etc.).
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a workaround — and a plan to fix the underlying issue.
Feedback loop
We review this statement and our accessibility practices at least twice a year, and after every major site change. Reports from real users get priority over our roadmap — if something blocks you, it jumps the queue.
